No Smoking, No Vaping, No drugs and No unregistered guests. No Parties or Events Summers in San Antonio are known for mosquitos especially after dark. Please bring your bug repellants with you. *This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and recreational smoke such as cigarettes, cigars, marijuana etc) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. Garbage collection happens on Mondays and Thursdays. On these days, someone will briefly access the side of the property to take the bins to the curb and return them afterward. This won’t interfere with your stay. The hot tub is treated and maintained after every stay to ensure it's fresh for each guest. In addition, we have a professional company do more thorough tub maintenance every Friday to keep it in top condition. This may take place during your stay, but our team will be quick and respectful of your space. We employ a local lawn care company to take care of the lawn and keep it as nice as possible for your visit. We try to schedule between stays but there are sometimes the visit needs to happen during your visit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please allow them to access all needed areas so that they can quickly and efficiently complete their job. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM Sundays to Thursdays and 11PM to 8AM Fridays and Saturdays. Please be mindful of our neighbors and respect quiet hours. This ensures neighbors and yourselves as guests could have quiet enjoyment of your spaces.

A ride share service such as Uber is recommended to getting around. The driveway has parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking in front of the house is also permitted.
